Deposit Terms

• Advance deposit of one night for each five nights of your stay is required to confirm each reservation.
• Deposits are made by personal check or credit card. Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
• Deposit is non-transferable.
• Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Sorry, no personal checks at check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
• Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.
